We went thrift store shopping today in Grand Rapids, and I found this as seen on tv wonder for $2. I got it home to test it out. It works! I started with an ice cube, it melted in 3 minutes!Upon finding out that I did not get ripped off, I opened the freezer and started pulling things out of the freezer. I thawed macaroni and cheese leftovers, a frozen pea, another ice cube, and a shrimp.
This thing is a miracle of science! You run it under hot water for 20-30 seconds and then put your frozen item on the tray and watch it thaw out. It never gets hot or even warm, I am not sure how it works but it does and fast too.
