So I just spent an hour and a half online with a dell tech, she walked me through installing the hard drive, and all the drivers onto Kara's computer getting her back in action. Holy cow. I know people swear by macs and all, but I love Dell's service department.

If she had a mac you wouldn't of had to spend the money for a phone call. Haha. Just kidding. I am glad it worked out great.
