house hunt update

Well the house that i really really really wanted that has been on the market for a year, was sold on the very weekend that we looked at it. Darn. Well the house that we were in heated bidding with the bank that wouldn't come down to where we needed it to be contacted us again and is willing to come down to Within 1K of our asking price, so we need to think about going beyond our asking price. hmmmm, what to do.
