The tree is gone

So today, i finally got the gusto to take our tree down. I don't think I watered it more than twice the whole Christmas season. So taking all the ornaments down was interesting. there was a pile of needles on the ground. It is currently sitting on our front porch. But the house looks great without it now. I really enjoyed the Christmas season, but when its over, its over. The tree was looking a bit weird and out of place. We still have our white lights on the windows, and our village set up, but I think that they will stay up for the next few weeks. They are not overly Christmasy, and I kinda like them. For the icicle lights on the outside, they are going down tomorrow.
